This blend of roasted French chicory and cocoa delivers a rich, dark flavour and makes a perfect hot chocolate beverage for vegans and those in quest of a healthy, non-dairy chocolatey drink. Bonvit instant chicory is extracted by a unique process from specially cultivated chicory root. The root is dried and roasted, then extracted using only pure water to preserve the natural flavour.
