Product Description

Live Wholefoods’ sunflower seeds are Australian Certified Organic. They’re soaked (“activated”) in filtered water, mineral-rich Australian sea salt and green-tea kombucha, which helps reduce enzyme inhibitors like phytic acid and makes nutrients more bioavailable. After soaking, the sunflower seeds are gently dehydrated at a low temperature (around 65 °C) for 12–24 hours to preserve nutrients and give a crisp, crunchy texture. Packaged in recyclable materials.
