After facing the challenges of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Katrina Armstrong searched to find nutrient-rich foods that could help her reclaim her health. But the traditional nourishing foods she sought, like freeze-dried organ meats, were missing from Australian shelves. Determined not to be discouraged Katrina took matters into her hands and established the 'Thankfully Nourished' brand. Katrina’s motivation went beyond simply addressing a gap in the market, it was deeply personal. She had experienced first-hand the difficulties of health issues, and understood that there were others, like her who longed for true nourishment. With unwavering passion and perseverance she built a brand that not only reflected her journey but also resonated with countless others in search of wellness and vitality.
